New Cost of Living Adjustment Rate
Cost of living adjustment DECREASED to 289.86% from 295.56% (or 21.83% from 23.61% where part of COLA was incorporated in basic salary - Law 50(I)2005); Read Ministry of Finance circular no 1386.
